According to the public relations report of Gohar Park, the annual ordinary general assembly of Gohar Park Company was held on Saturday, June 17, in the conference hall of the Laleh Hotel in Tehran, with the presence of the esteemed representatives of shareholder companies, the auditor, the legal inspector, the board of directors, and the CEO of Gohar Park Company.

Upon the confirmation and agreement of the shareholder company representatives, the presidency of the assembly was assigned to Mr. Nabavi. Subsequently, Mr. Nakhaei, the esteemed CEO of Gohar Park Sirjan Company, provided a comprehensive explanation to the shareholders by reading the performance report and the actions taken by the board of directors towards advancing the goals and accelerating construction in the various projects of the village, as well as the trial operational launch of Phase 1.

The meeting concluded with the reports from the auditor and the legal inspector, along with the review and approval of the financial statements for the year ending March 20, 2023.

In conclusion, the representatives of the shareholder companies appreciated and commended the CEO and board of directors of Gohar Park for their diligent efforts in playing a constructive role with speed and quality in this national project and expressed clear support for continuing this path.
